– Orchid Package:

A full wedding planning service for the couple who require every detail of their wedding to be planned from start to finish.

Includes the following services:

  1. First meeting with the couple.
  2. Monthly meetings until the day of the wedding.
  3. Unlimited emails and telephonic conversations.
  4. Venue inspection & evaluation and assisting the couple in choosing and booking the venue best suited for them.
  5. Sourcing and managing the following suppliers

    • Attire
    • Entertainment

  6. Briefing each supplier accordingly, obtaining 3 quotations from each one and assisting the client in choosing the best supplier for them.
  7. Scheduling all appointments with suppliers.
  8. Managing contracts and payments of all suppliers.
  9. Managing the couple’s budget and payment schedules.
  10. Planning schedules and time management.
  11. Managing set up for the wedding, logistics and making sure that all elements come together.
  12. Attending menu tastings and dress fittings if required.
  13. Sending out function sheets to all suppliers.
  14. Conceptualizing the entire wedding.
    • Converting the couple’s vision into reality.
    • Decor and flower styling.
    • Creating a mood board and managing floor plans.
    • Arranging table mockups.
  15. On the day co-ordination from the set up until break down.
    • Getting ready schedule and managing the bridal party.
    • Ensuring all suppliers arrives timeously and all items agreed upon in quotations have been delivered.
    • Overseeing set up of decor and flowers in the ceremony and reception areas.
    • Managing floor and seating plans.
    • Full coordination of the ceremony.
    • Assisting and coordinating guests throughout the day.
    • Making sure canapés and drinks are served during the pre-reception time.
    • Making sure all elements of decor and final touches i.e. lighting of candles are done before guests enter the reception area.
    • Managing all elements of the reception i.e. Seating plan, couples arrival, MC, Dj and entertainment, speeches and toasts, food, first dance, photos, safekeeping of gifts, a signing of the guest book.
    • An emergency kit and first aid services.
    • Breakdown of the wedding.
    • Travel within a 100km radius.

-Tulip package:

This service begins 3 months prior to your wedding and is designed for the couple who requires the assistance of a wedding planner in the crucial months prior to the wedding.

Includes the following:

  1. First meeting with the couple
  2. Monthly meeting until the wedding.
  3. Unlimited email correspondence and calls during office hours.
  4. 1 x site visit to the chosen venue.
  5. Management of the following suppliers that have already been sourced and booked by the couple:
    • Venue
    • Decor & Flowers
    • Catering
    • Wedding cake
    • Attire
    • Entertainment
    • Stationary
    • Photography
    • Videography
    • Guest favours
    • Marriage officers

Begins 1 month prior to the wedding and is designed for the couple who mainly requires on the day coordination and putting together of all the elements of their wedding.

Includes the following:

  1. An initial meeting of 90 minutes to tie up all loose ends and obtain all supplier details.
  2. Unlimited email correspondence and phone calls during office hours.
  3. A second meeting on the week of the wedding.
  4. 1 x site visit to a chosen venue a week prior to the wedding.
  5. Sending out function sheets to all suppliers.
  6. On the day coordination including:
    • Getting ready schedule and managing the bridal party.
    • Ensuring all suppliers arrives timeously and all items agreed upon in quotations have been delivered.
    • Overseeing set up of decor and flowers in the ceremony and reception areas.
    • Managing floor and seating plans.
    • Full coordination of the ceremony.
    • Assisting and coordinating guests throughout the day.
